Works for me
I brought this as after having a mirena coil fitted I begain having on and off cramps most of the time, and the period pains were worst than i had before having it fitted. I didnt want to keep taking painkillers so thought i'd give this a go. It works for me in about 5 mins of turning it on. At first it was a bit confusing on how to turn it on but after reading the instructions i got the hang of it after a few tries.I get really bad cramps when i am on (one time I had to go to A&E after calling NHS 111 and they told me to go as i couldnt handle the pain even after taking the max dosage of paracetamol, ibuprofen and buscopan), But i havent been able to test in on one of those cramps yet as not had one yet but will try to test it when i next get one and put it on my review if i remember. I have tested it on the medium pain cramps (the ones where you can no longer ignore the pain and have to seek pain relief) and it works on those for me. I havent had to take any painkillers and there is no pain while it is on for me.

Disappointing
After reading the rave reviews on here, I couldn't wait for this item to show up. I have had to deal with excruciating endometriosis pain on a daily basis and thought this might replace heavy-duty painkillers. I was wrong. It feels nice, it is sort of comforting but it doesn't do much else. The heat function does not get nearly got enough to offer real relief and the TENS function seemed to make zero difference to the pain. Also, you only get 6 20 minute sessions out of it, no where near long enough. It takes longer than that to charge. That being said, it might be worth mentioning my endo is very severe. For someone who has less pain or for someone who is just using it for menstrual cramps, it might work. In my opinion however, definitely not worth the price tag. Didn't replace my hot water bottle or my mind-numbing pills. Crushed.

Amazing
I have been suffering with severe painful periods my whole life which hinders my work and home life. Have tried everything but a tens machine....OMG ladies this is the best £50 I ever spent!!! Highly recommend 👌. Only downside is you just get one set of electro pads which for the price is disappointing, but they do do replacement pads (17.99 for 6!!!!).

Very effective, short battery life
Really great machine and definitely helps with my cramps. Only negative is that after two rounds it needs recharging, which is not always easy if out.

Poor battery life
Product is decent and helps with pain and I like the heat setting, but not the battery life is so poor and the adhesive tabs don’t last long. I don’t think it’s worth the price but I like the portability and discretion of the product.

Endo girls- you need this
This has saved me over the past few days having a bad endo flare.I’ve had it on me since I got it.Only down side is I wish the battery life lasted longer as I want to use it all of the time. The replacement pads are also quite expensive. I’ve had it one day and used it a lot and the pads that came with it are already loosing their stick. Will be buying Cheeper replacement pads to see if they work if not I’ll have to revert to the branded ones.Overall, really recommend because it’s been life changing.

So far so great
I already have a portable heat and massaging pad for my monthly issues… so I wasn’t sure I wanted anything else.Add to it …this is a TENS device on my abdomen… I love tens/stim and use it often with back and shoulder issues… but I was very hesitant to use it on my stomach area. However this also had heating with it (the main reason I bought this and not others) and I was confident if I truly hated it I would know right away and send it back.Finaly to add to all the above… my cramps have become increasingly worse the last few months (I have Endometriosis and PCOS!) and I really needed SOMETHING!!I’m so happy I got this. It’s been only a few hours and I wish I had gotten one earlier. While I haven't used it on very intense cramping yet, it already feels wonderful and warming and comforting (I never thought I’d say that about a TENS treatment). Don’t get me wrong,.. you can make it intense if you need to and should I have horrid cramps coming up I’m sure I will. But for now I’m happily charging and recharging and using it to relax me on the very first day.Wish me luck 🍀I’m sure I’ll ware this out in no time 😅

Device didn't work for me
I don't know if my one was faulty but unfortunately for me I couldn't feel the heat function at all.The TENS function would buzz for a second, stop and then just constantly beep before shutting off. It constantly thought it wasn't attached to my skin even after replacing it and changing the sticky gel pads.Device was fully charged and after going through all the troubleshoot options I have given up and will be returning it.
