Perfect replacement for a lift chair wired remote control. Simply add the 9volt backup battery, and plug in to the bottom of the chair.. Works great. Just confirm you are ordering the right plug type and 2-button style.

Works fine as a power supply for everyday use. I bought one to see if it worked OK for a power recliner (Southern Motion) and it did work very good so I have just bought another for a power love seat (Southern Motion) and it works good for that as well. I have only 2 minor issues: (1) to bring the furniture from the fully up/reclining position down to the unreclined position when operating on battery power only takes a while. It moves very slowly but it does return the furniture to the unreclined position which is what it is designed to do in event of a power failure. (2) It is a very tight fit to get the two 9 volt batteries into the storage compartment and they are wired together so you need to take care not to "pinch" or damage the wires connecting the two batteries together when installing in the battery compartment.

I have 2 recliners of which one stopped working. I checked and found several at different prices. I ordered this, it arrive early and the specs were the same. The only difference was it had mounting ears on both ends. So I removed the screws and took them off. Now my chair works fine. Great price.

The model number pictured has been discontinued so an alternate model was sent. The alternative is a perfect replacement and everything works but it gave me a moment of uncertainty because the model numbers were different.

Got a lift chair we had at work up and running. Has been going strong for a week. $18 is a lot better that a couple hundred for a new one.

Easy to install and I can use the reclining part of my reclining sofa again!
