When your window size is not an integer, you can choose the Width Fraction(Exact window width).
For example, if your window width is 62 3/8 inches, you can choose Width-62, Width Fraction-3/8. 
For inside mount, the more detailed the window size, the more accurate the roller shade size. We can change any roller shade size according to your window size.
If the window size is 72x72, you will outside mount, so you choose 76x78 will be okay. For the fraction, you can choose "0".

What is the i.d. (inside diameter) of the roller? i'm trying to buy these and convert to diy smart blind with roller, but roller i.d. has to be 1.5"

The inside diameter is 38MM(1.5") will be ok. But you need tell us you want change to 38mm, because the default is 28mm(1.1").
