Where's is the back-up, who to call.
Something is wrong with the off/on switch. I can be using it and it will just go black. I can turn it off and back on or sometimes wiggle the off/on switch and it will start to work again. Sometimes it works great sometimes it messes up. I need to get that corrected but don't know how.
