SHM SS RS CTN TEE RYBL XL

I bought this to pair with an ugly stik GX2 as it was recommended as a cheap alternative the much more expensive penn battle 5000 which was a youtube recommendation, but much more expensive. I have only recently got into fishing and beginning to upgrade my gear in the hope of being more successful at it. The Hyperloop 4000RB is not exactly an upgrade, but it is a very good reel for the price; smooth and easy action it is a good match for the GX2 and anything similar. I bought it for some mackerel fishing, which I think it will be eminently suited.

I purchased this reel to use with my Shimano floater rod for surface fishing in the summer. It looks a super piece of kit for the money. Shimano reels are the best in my opinion and this one looks like it will be as good as the others I have. Nice and light which it needs to be holding the rod for lengthy periods. I will give an update as soon as I use it.

Smooth as a babies bum. Good price. I've not used this yet, but I bought my lad one last year and he caught his first carp on it, he's very pleased with it. My previous Shimano is over 20yo, and still as smooth as the day I bought it. I'm hoping this one will live up to that. Bought to replace my ancient Mitchell 304 which Im retiring after decades of unfailing service, but not up to larger fish.

this is a really nice fishing reel, i was looking for one to get my self back into the swing on things as i had not been fishing in a long time. so i got this and when i started to put the line on the reel made it very easy and was not difficult at all.Taking it out for the day and setting up was nice and the reel was great and i caught 3 fishing on it that day so was quite good.it was very smooth on reeling in and casting was nice and easy.It feels very nicely made and very strong obviously well built.i highly recommend this.

What a smart looking bit of kit. Easy to use and easy to clean. Looks very smart on my rod, the line shot off the spool when I casted. Well worth the price I paid. Would recommend this to teach the younger Fisher men and girls how to cast line out.
