skeptical at first, but does things even my new latest and greatest snapon Zeus+ can't even do. but interface is hard to get used to, and you do have to purchase the full functionality upgrades for each main car manufacturer for only 35 dollars per year. has lots of China cars you'll never use this on unless you're in China I suppose, no upgradable memory, stays charged for a long time, data link connector sometimes fails and have to scan the car all over again. but all in all, great for Asian vehicles - honda, toyota, nissan, hyundai and their sister company's.

The media could not be loaded. 1999 Chev Express Launch 2way(purchased on Amazon) scan tool indicated trans in 2nd while it was parked. Irregularly voltage on 1-2 solenoid. Ordered gasket, filter 1-2 & 2-3 solenoid and TFP (trans fluid press) switch. All AC Delco internal parts(under $100AMZ :-)) fit and matched original quality. Saved a trans “rebuild” that starts at $1,000. Ez to install plug & play soon as pan is down)#mechaniclife

Works good for newer cars anything late 90’s early and mid 2000’s it won’t process hardly anything.

Got it today on Father’s Day it is a great unit hooked it up to my wife’s van ran test on it did everything was expected to do with unit love it would recommend it to other customers as well or shops

This is a comprehensive scanner, I had a good experience with it..except myself being novice to mechanics, it couldn’t be of use for me.

You have to purchase a yearly subscription to unlock all the options which are in the "mall". If you don't it's just a scanner with limited reset options that a $50 scanner can do.
