Very Soft, Neat games, battery lasts a good while, easy to charge. Um. I don't like that I have to squeeze it to turn it on and it counts that squeeze for my score. I was trying to gauge one hand vs another to see if there were weakeness, but I had to use my stronger hand to turn it on and it recorded THAT as the high for the day. I think the turn on squeeze should be neutral and not part of the records. It also records only 1 score for the day. and it seems like it is the highest squeeze and not the most steady squeeze. For example. start to squeeze might show a spike up to 40, but then as I hold it , it steadys around 33. That's a big difference. and I think the lower number is probably more accurate than the initial fleeting high score. Anyway, these seem to issues with the app not the physical device itself, which is comfortable and easy to use.

Super fun way to engage people into improving grip movement and strength. After sustained or frequent gripping, the reported grip on the app doesn’t always return to 0 (zero) when not actively gripping. Squeezing the SQUEGG in the opposite direction of the grooves helps to bring it back to zero. My reported grip strength using the SQUEGG was 62# and when set on the second ring of a dynamometer I have a gross grip strength of 90#. Other than that, the app works beautifully and the Bluetooth connection and battery life are great!!!

I got this product after getting really good reviews from my friends. This product is stylish and great to use. The app is seamless and I can measure my grip strength and improve it. The games that are part of this product are fun and easy to play. I use it during breaks at work and it is so much fun. I would highly recommend this product for anyone who is looking to have fun while improving Grip strength. I am continuing to track my improvement day over day and am seeing good results.

This product is as advertised. Great for strengthening your grip, wrist, and forearm. The built In dynamometer gives an accurate measure of your squeeze pressure. Squegg’s smooth exterior and compact size makes it very easy to grip.However, it’s the interaction with the mobile app that takes this product to a next level. Within the app you can play online games, check out your squegg stats, and compete with your friends, all with just a squeeze! And of course, while you’re doing all that your handle muscles are getting a decent workout. That’s just amazing.Squeeg’s battery life is pretty good lasting for about 10 days with just 2 hours of charging. Also, the phone strap that comes along with the product is super helpful. Overall, I highly recommend this product.

It doesn’t work. I finally got around to opening the box and setting it up (after my return window closed) and it wouldn’t turn on. Tried getting in touch with their support. Nothing. A total and complete waste of moneyEdit: The company got in touch, sent me a replacement and it works perfectly! It’s definitely helping to strengthen my fingers and grip.

I bought this to do some rehab on a nerve/muscle issue in my hand. I love the ease of use and the gameplay is cool. My only complaint is that it is too small for my hand. I have average size hands and I have to squish my 4 fingers together but it really does not fit. The small size limits its ability to get a good workout. This product is great if you have child-size hands.

It comes with a proprietary USB charging cable. I understand this may have been to provide a smaller jack that is less susceptible to water intrusion, but I believe they could have accomplished the same goal with a standard micro-USB connection and a standard USB charging cable. Now I've got to keep up with another cable. It'd be one thing if you had to charge the unit every couple of days, but the battery lasts forever, so the charging cable is more likely to get misplaced. Otherwise, this is a durable, fun training tool. Also, there are two apps you can use with the unit. Each has different games/competitions.

I must tell you right up front that I am an engineer. In this case, that means I know any measuring instrument is judged by "Gauge R&R", meaning gauge reliability and repeatability. In this case, that is nonexistent.On some days the app will indicate you are imparting 18 pounds of force when YOU ARE NOT EVEN TOUCHING THE DEVICE! On another day it will say your maximum grip strength is 80 pounds, though tomorrow it will indicate 40 pounds. It is totally ridiculous.Also, as is the vogue these days, the instructions are minimal to the point of being utterly ridiculous.If you can get past this the device is even more useful, assuming that is even possible..

Wouldn't have believed that this type of exercise was as good as this for both your grip and your stress levels.... stick with it and play the interactive games to make it more fun and to follow your progress.

This gadget differs by approx 8kg from the standard measure. Unsure if its simply unspecific or measures grip strength differently
