Success for Our Youngest Learners: Embracing the PLC at Work® Process at the Early Childhood Level (A practical guide for implementing PLCs in early childhood classroom environments)

If you are new to PLC's this would be a wonderful book. However, I was looking for more details regarding integrating the joy of an early childhood classroom with the reality of assessments. Developmental appropriate practices were never clearly addressed. I feel the title is misleading, instead of "embracing", I would say it "explains" the PLC process and provides useful charts.
