Apera Tech Pack

Okay I don't usually write reviews. I live in Hong Kong, no one else will ever get this bag but me even though they ask about it. I ordered it to my brother's in Chicago and he brought it over when visiting.Here's something they don't tell you, the shoe compartments if you have less than size 10 US Mens (tested) feet, which most women are, you can fit TWO pairs of shoes in the shoe compartments. I should post a video. Actually depending on the type of shoe, like if they are light or minimal, you should be able to put 2 shoes in one of the shoe compartments leaving the other one for gym clothes.You have never had a bad that can fit 2 pairs of shoes? I carry a lot of gear with me everyday to work.But here's the thing with the shoes, it doesn't really sacrifice that much space. Like the compartments are to the outside. You have never had this much space in a bag with 2 pairs of shoes. You know what I can't describe it. I'll post a video. Until then the main point is this:You can fit all your usual stuff into a bag, AND THEN TWO PAIRS OF SHOES.

I absolutely love this bag. It is perfect! I have used it for both school and travel. It accommodates all of my electronics (iPad, 13 inch Macbook, Kindle) and has loads of room to spare. I had bought the other Apera bag model at a running expo, but it slipped around and the shoulder straps loosened when I rode my bike to school. I loved the quality of the bag so I looked into and bought this one. I was not disappointed in the least. This model does not move around, it sits comfortably on my back, and the straps remain in place the entirety of my 6 mile ride to school.

Like the quality of this bag in general, EXcept, the straps constantly slip and do not stay in place. Had to tie a knot to hold them in place, which defeats the adjustability. Apera is aware of this defect, however the website did not have any solutions to correct.

Has a lot of pockets, and is roomy... But have an issue with the strap slipping when I'm carrying the bag... Other than that the bag is awesome.

Can hold my gym gear including shoes 12", laptop, and books. Comfortable to wear, well made.I would like to see a larger version of this pack with the addition of thermal pocket for food.

Great for overnight trips for business. Recommended.

It's an adequate backpack - main reason I say that is that the zippers stick and its a frustrating detail that I didn't expect from a bag at this price point. The lined shoe pockets are wonderful!
