My system is a ResMed Airsense 10 and it works just fine

Stand in front of the mirror and hold up the pillows to your nose one at a time as see which one fits the spacing of your nostrils the best. Try that one first. If you can't decide between two sizes, try one, sit back and read a while then try the other. Make sure you have a complete seal.

ResMed Nasal Pillow for AirFit P10 is the Nasal Pillows Cushion. It provides stability so the mask doesn't move around when you switch positions. The Silicone Nasal Pillow is a replacement cushion with pillows for CPAP mask.
