I love the crystals in these lip balms (I've had pineapple too) and the flavour is dreamy (smells edible). The first time I have ever finsihed a whole tube of lip balm, it's that good

Mine looks, feels and tastes terribly expired. I wanted to humour this product, as I saw other reviews and told myself, "PFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFT... They're probably just exaggeratingggg." NOTE... no one here is exaggerating. Idk if it was better before, but it is absolutely garbage! Go to the nearest dollar store in your neighbourhood and cherish the most cheapest lip balmy item you can find because I can personally guarantee you that whatever you pick up is 100% better than what I wasted my 20+ dollars on. Saddest purchase of my lifeeeeee AND IM NOT EVEN A PICKY CUSTOMER!

This is just a thicker lip salve. Its smooth and not bitty like other reviews say. I loved it so much I bought the pineapple but the raspberry is the best by far.

As per another review, this arrived as a brown stick that smelled of absolutely nothing, it's a really disgusting feel and nothing like usual Burts Bee's. Either this is seller discrepancy, i.e. fake goods, or this is just one product to avoid. Absolutely vile and I adore Burts Bee's so really disappointed in this lipbalm. Have requested return, not as advertised.
