Great for perimenopause to help with sleep, also helps to keep toilet habits regular which is a bonus.

I changed my usual magnesium for this a few months ago when my usual one was out of stock, what a difference it had made to my sleep. I never got a night's sleep before and had accepted the fact I wasn't going to sleep as I hadn't for years but this magnesium has gave me a new routine, I go to bed and I sleep for at least 6-7 hours. Good value too.

I use it to help with heart failure. Seems to help, also with sleep.

Amazing if u struggle with last bowls

This dosage is way too high! Daily recommended dosage is about 350mg… each tablet is 600mg which is 160% of recommended daily dose. The bottle also recommends taking 3 of these 600mg tablets, which is crazy!! Unless I’m getting this wrong… how is this product being sold legally? Or can the seller clarify? As the product description is not clear at all. I just assumed sellers couldn’t sell supplements with higher dosage than recommended amounts. I have been taking 3 tablets per day for few days and bit worried…
