About a year ago I noticed my Dyson v6 vaccuum wouldn’t turn on at all even after charging it for 10+ hours.. so I did research and went on the Dyson website and troubleshooted it and it said I needed a new battery pack. I came to Amazon and chose this item and not only did it arrive quickly but it came with instructions on how to care for the battery and that you shouldn’t charge it right after using it. Instructions that didn’t come with the Dyson vacuum itself. Not only was it super effective and helpful but the instructions were easy and clear and it took about two minutes to install. On top of that it came with two filters for the vacuum which I thought was such a nice detail. You can tell this seller cares about its customers. I would most definitely purchase this again and will recommend this to other Dyson owners as well!

The battery bolted right in and charged up in the wall charger with no issues. Great replacement option at a better price point than Dyson. I've already been through two Dyson battery packs, so I thought I'd try something different. This is advertised at 4000 mAh with Samsung cells.I cannot say wether or not they are, indeed, Samsung cells, but I doubt that the unit is actually 4000 mAH. The size is the same as factory and the runtime is similar to a new Dyson battery pack (which is 2100mAh). That being said, it's still a good replacement battery option.

Works amazingly well! Looks identical to the OEM charger! After you install this It’s the exact equivalent of getting your Dyson and using it for the very first time! Just make sure to not charge the battery immediately after using it. Let it cool down for a couple of minutes first. Or, if you used it from fully charged to completely empty then wait a little longer like 4-5 minutes before charging. Make sure the battery is not hot or warm to the touch before charging. Dyson says to do this in their instruction manual as well. It really makes a difference in battery life! I bought this for my V6 Absolute cordless/bagless Dyson vacuum!

Recently I noticed that my original Dyson battery runs out of juice very quickly that I’ve been using the vacuum daily for over three year period, so I want to get a second battery that I can swap around (just remove two screws). So far I’ve been using the battery for over two weeks, swapping the oem and this battery back to back on my Dyson v6. I notice that I’m getting longer/better run time as compare the aftermarket vs oem battery. 4000mAh aftermarket vs 2100mAh oem did make a significant difference. I’m happy than my v6 now can get the similar run time of a v7, without paying the extra of v7!

This thing is doing great! The thing is that you need to let it cool for 5-10 minutes after use before you recharge it. That's what killed our last battery, used it til it was dead, and hot, then right on the charger, where it heats up. If it's already hot and you charge it, that's what kills them. Be patient and let it cool completely before you recharge it and it will last much longer.

Exactly as stated in the headline. This turned my humble Dyson vacuum into a ravenous bucking bronco ready to devour the dust and pet hair that was so comfortably living in my carpets. You better start working out before you get this battery, because it will take the force of Thor and IRON MAN to control this Thanos of grummy busting power. Dont take it from me, buy it and get ready to be in awe of the sheer hurricane forces your vacuum will possess.

So far so good. There is a slight delay when pulling the trigger from the battery activation. Fits in the Dyson wall charger very well.My last battery, a Flylinktech was excellent snd seemed to have more power, but this one does last a long time.abd is comparable. Other than the delay in start up from pulling the trigger, it is a great battery.

We pick this seller as they had 4 & 5 stars. Seems there is a crap load of battery sellers for Dysons. Came with a charge (nice), fit as advertised on the head unit and had no issues fitting it in the charger (thought that might be an issue). I assumed the battery life as we haven't used it much - will change as necessary. Nice surprise as it also came with two filters - always like free things.They've earned their star ratings.

This 6000mAh battery replaces the 2400mAh battery that came with my Dyson. No other battery,that I have viewed, is as powerful. As a side note, keep and use the screws that came with your original battery as the ones provided with this new one were different. Also, I only got one filter when two were shown which is not a game changer for me as it is washable.
