It was nothing about the product just the tray. Also fixed another issue I DID NOT expect. I HIGHLY recommend them. Great product and great servicr as well. !So I want to apologize that I completely forgot to take a before and after photo but I would like to use the kit again and do the photos this time. I do think that based on the card I did see a 1-2 shade change but the card was not easy to use for me so I'm not too sure. I wish I had done the photo.The kit is very easy to use and to measure out the amount that you need. Comes with a FULL SIZE toothpaste which is very nice and the toothpaste is great, you also get 3 (yes THREE) bamboo brushes that are also amazing and easy on teeth and gums.I didn't have any sensitivity around my gums from the solution, however I did get some sensitive/sore places from the try on my lower gum/jaw area. Could have completely been my fault how i was holding the tray in my mouth, or maybe just smaller in that area and so it didn't fit well. It wasn't enough to make me stop using it and I found putting some cotton there helped.My husband over video chat did say that he noticed that my teeth did look whiter and as I said I would like to try the kit again. I love that you can reuse the light and get refills and again the full size paste and 3 brushes is great. This is my first experience with the LED whitening and it was a good one. No overly sensitive teeth, doesn't seem to be any kind of damage to my enamel or sensitivity in my gums. I would purchase any refills to do this again (and I will PHOTO the next time!)

I've been on the fence about using teeth whitening products available online and have always cringed at the prospect of the cost of the professional whitening process offered at the dentist office. So I finally caved and decided to give this product a try. I'm pleased to say that I'm honestly glad I did. It is easy to use, simple to dispense and apply and does not taste as awful as some products I've tried in the past. Also, I was really surprised that there was a noticeable difference in the color and shade of my teeth, even after only one application.. So time and further treatments will tell and hopefully reveal even further improvements. In short, I really should have done this long ago, can't wait to see the results in a couple of weeks.Update: 11/17/2020I've been using this product now for about two weeks and I'm simply amazed with the results. Initially there was a little bit of adjustment period due to a minor gum sensitivity issue. I resolved it by reducing the amount of gel I was applying to the mouth tray. Once I found the ideal amount needed in my situation. I was able to use the product regularly for the prescribed 30 minutes. I'm not a dental expert, but I'd advise if should find your gums are sensitive to it. Reduce the amount of gel you apply to the tray and/or space out your treatments by a day or two. So use your best judgement.As a person of 60+ years of age I have to say. I haven't seen my teeth & smile this bright and white since my teen years. If you're like me and don't want or can't afford to spend a small fortune on a professional treatment at the dentist office. Give this product a try.

My teeth had become very yellowed with age and coffee. When my grandchildren began remarking on the color, I knew it was time for a heavy duty whitener. I was not disappointed with this product. When I used it according to the directions, the difference in color was noticeable after a single use (on their chart, I went from most heavily stained, 15, to about 1/2 down, an 8!). It even removed a stain on my lower teeth that I can't get to with a brush. I've seen other review in which people saw no change, but I wonder how stained their teeth were to begin with.However, I did not notice any further change in color after the second, or the third use. Since my teeth were so much better, I've decided to keep the rest of the kit for another application when they start darkening again.In terms of ease of use, I didn't much like the charcoal toothpaste, but if it prepped my teeth for the whitener, it seems a mild price to pay. The whitening product was clearly marked and easy to use, and the tooth mold fit my mouth just fine (I have a narrow mouth). I didn't have any issues with saliva build up at all.If your teeth are heavily stained, or stained in areas a brush can't reach easily, this product works wonders. Highly recommend.

I will be up front and say I hate the taste of the whitening product (Which I doubt was designed to be enjoyed). That being said, the toothpaste they include in the kit is quite nice, and it's a large tube considering this is only supposed to be a six-day process.I have never enjoyed my smile, partially because my teeth are not laid out in a pleasing way, but also because my gums bleed with terrible ease which makes it hard for me to really clean my teeth just below my gums. This kit made my smile universally white, and the three toothbrushes that came in the kit have nicely thin, soft bristles which actually let me brush my teeth at the gumline without causing me to bleed. I am now using these brushes instead of my regular toothbrush.Overall, I was impressed with the whitening results I achieved - I started as an 9 out of 15 on the included teeth shade scale (the higher the number, the worse your teeth). When I was finished six days later, I was a 4 out of 15, which was noticeably brighter. I was considering buying a second kit to see if I could get myself to a 1 or 2 on the scale, but received an offer for a second free kit in exchange for my honest review, which is what this is. I am looking forward to a second kit, and definitely recommend buying this is you think you could feel any benefit at all from a whiter smile.

A fantastic and safe product to use, with clear instructions and enough kit to use for 6 days at 30minutes at a time. The three Bamboo toothbrushes are soft and gentle on your teeth. Bought two kits for both my partner and self. The safety of this kit is a must if you want to look after your teeth, a lot of other products are abrasive and will damage your teeth. Comes nicely packaged and easy to remove items from packaging. Box could be smaller to save on packaging, but the look is good and logo family orientated. Mouth pieces would be better if they were mouldable so a secure and comfortable fit. However the soft gel is comfortable in the mouth. Great product, great price and refills are cheap enough every 3 months. Making this great value for money.

Me gusta mucho el diseño de la caja y cómo vienen ordenados todos los elementos. Las instrucciones son relativamente fáciles de seguir (aunque la luz lila no se apagó automáticamente a los 30min, como se indicaba...). No quedé del todo satisfecha con el resultado y el vendedor me contactó para reembolsármelo. Un 10 por el servicio.
