Our spice mixes contain 25-30 natural ingredients like onion, salt, coriander leaves, mint leaves, ginger, garlic, tamarind, turmeric, garam masala, green chillies and others. All you have to do is add our spice mix with your vegetables or protein, yoghurt and lemon and cook. It's done!!! Really Authentic Mixes
For the first time we have been able to taste and eat PROPER curry without having to go to an Indian restaurant. Sad for Indian Cooks but utterly brilliant, and better than having to follow and read a recipe book ending up with loads of ingredients one would have to buy. These then sit in the cupboard unused for ages. Thanks for producing such a wonderful range as. We are able to taste different curries as well.These will now be able to be a staple content of our cupboard.
