Morsa Design Cycling Computer and Light Mount

I needed something to mount my light above my handle bag bag, and found this. Bonus that I could also mount my garmin! (This was for a bike that I ride time to time, not my daily driver) #ridestreak I knew it wasn't going to raise the light above the bag, but figures it would be close enough and it was.I liked this set up so well, that I moved it to my daily driver and really like it. After getting this mount, I ended up getting a Go pro, so I ordered the go pro adapter.I few observations, I can't seem to figure our a way to mount a Garmin, a big headlight and a go pro all at the same time, not did I expect to.You'll need to find your own metric hex wrenches and none are supplied, and if you are trying to mount to a smaller rig than 31.8, no spacers, but that is clearly stated in the listing. No point loss for "it would be nice if the had included..."

This solved the problem I was having with not enough handlebar "real estate" to hold my light along with a cell phone mount and trip computer mount. This was also the only mount I could find with the larger diameter mounting area. My light slipped on the other mounts I tried even with adapters. This is very light but solidly made. Not sure what type of composite material it is.I am only using this for a light mount, I have not tried the trip computer mount that came with this.

I liked this so much that I bought another one for my other bike. Works as advertised. Not really much to complain about other than the bar attachment (where you clamp you light to) could use some serrations so that the clamp used by the bike light has something to grip. Would help prevent the light from tipping downwards after hitting rough roads.

The Garmin mount attaches with a round rather than oval piece into the track. This allows you to adjust the angle of the Garmin, but that also allows vibration to accumulate and the screw to back off. I'm using a cellphone with a Garmin mount, so admittedly it is a bit heavy. Nonetheless, I dropped one on a ride. On the upside, it's long enough to accommodate anything. I did end up buying another one.

Great idea, like mine. However I've noticed my Garmin mount is little loose where the Garmin twist clips into the mount.

I use Morsa Mounts on both of my bikes and love their versatility - highly recommended.

It moves the Garmin 800 far enough out front to be seen easily. It hold the Garmin very secure so far. (2 weeks)

Cheap material, edge 1000 rattles like crazy. poor quality dont buy this crap.
