Product came as advertised, fully functional. Easy to operate! When taking temperature, just click the button, but DO NOT CONTINUE TO DEPRESS IT. I can understand why some reviews say it does not take temperatures, but you must read the instructions that came with it on using it. Scanning distance is 1.18 inches.This is a product made with high precision parts to function, as it was digital and with infrared function. It isdelicately packaged with cushion and protection. I like this product a lot because it has no touch function, with backlit color coded reading green -low, amber-medium, red-high temp. For me this is main selling point, very convenient to read even when it is dark, no need for additional light to read, because it's backlit. Once you click the button, it reads temperature in one second. Awesome product. I have compared it with my Braun digital, and it's accurate!I am planning to buy another for my relatives and recommend it to my friends too. Check it out!

I really like the compact size of this thermometer and having a nice cute bag and I go with it, great touch!I just received my product, but I have been trying it out by scanning everyone and everything in my household, foreheads, ears, hot soup ...(lol) and it’s working!Bottom line, I’m very happy with my purchase!

Didn't at least come with 2 starter batteries. For $60 I would have appreciated 2 AAA batteries

Great thermometer, the cap sticks a bit but after taking it off and on a few times it seems to be easier. Works exactly as described here and in instruction manual. Shipping took several weeks longer than promised, though, which I was very frustrated by having ordered this particular one because of the advertised fast shipping.

This product is not functional. When a fever occurred, the thermometer did not register it (got out my old infant ear thermometer to see the true temp)...of course we figured out after the return date had expired. Waste of money - not recommended!

I consistently read low using this thermometer. I contacted the vendor and asked it there was a calibration adjustment and was told no. They said you just have to make note of what is normally shown and use that as your baseline to tell when you have a fever. Disappointed with that. It does work, it is easy to switch from C to F, and it is consistent. I just wish I could adjust it to something closer to 98.6 F.

We are using this thermometer as part of our Covid screening for patients coming into our acupuncture clinic and it works great! It is quick and easy to read so there is no uncomfortable delay for the patient.

Product was exactly as advertised. Really like it, simple to use for family and friends during this Covid19 time. Has some delivery delays but vendor worked through them and delivered as promised. I would do business again with them.
