I wish I could give this product ZERO stars, both for product quality and for lack of response from the company. My fault for not adhering to previous reviews and went solely on price. Live and learn. It broke within 30 days and I have yet to hear from Amazon or the manufacturer. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT AND THIS COMPANY.

The seal get stuck every so often, we have ...
The seal get stuck every so often, we have to turn it off and hope the seal will move up from the cup. Second, the cup do not get seal totally all the time, I have to use my other old machine to reseal the cup, I cannot move the sealing temperature up because it will burnt the plastic that goes on top of the cup.

Very poor quality and only 30 days Warranty. This worked only 4 months for us. No refunds, no warranty, no service centers or technicians available.... seller does not care!
