Whenever I read product reviews before making a purchase, one of the most important things I look out for is the comments / reviews about the Customer Service. This product, not only being a very sturdy, nice looking with high performance, it had one of the most exemplary customer support I ever experienced. I have to reach out to the seller because my item was missing charger and the refillable bottle has a broken tip, the seller replied my message within the same hour that I sent it. The seller also promised to send those parts and I should be expecting them in two days but I received them in "ONE" day.This product is efficient and looking nice. I do recommend for everyone.

We have a daughter with Autism that cannot understand that you don't need a hand full liquid soap to wash your hands. The cost of buying so much soap with getting difficult for us. We decided to see if there was a good auto-soap dispenser for the home. This is the second brand we have tried (not from this vender), and it works great. So far, she enjoys it and has not tampered with it like she did with the other product. We like it so much and we have more of these throughout our home wherever hand soap is needed. I highly recommend it.

I have a certified home daycare and have to wash my hands often. The sanitizer dispenser has helped a lot. It works perfectly.

These are finicky to install, and there is no room for error because the tolerances inside the device are so tight. We had some issues with getting the screws to go fully into the wall which made it impossible to close the front cover -> there are some latches on the faceplate that the screws get in the way of if the screw isn't set below the back plate.Otherwise, works well! I like the option to battery operated OR power cable - this allowed us to buy 3 of the same device 1 is battery operated, 1 is wall powered, and the 3rd is a backup if we have any issues with one of the in-service ones.

My family love this dispenser. My son who is just over 3 years old loves to use it because of the motion sensor which is really good cuz then he always get his hands sanitized. It’s easy to use. Easy to install. It came with the instructions which is so easy to understand. We installed it by our front door so we can sanitize our hand when we go in and out of the house. I’d buy another one to give to my mother in law for Christmas!

I have not, nor will not purchase another one of these products.The dispenser is great. It is super easy to install. HOWEVER!!! The canister for the soap is another story. I ordered eight of these and only three have given me no problem. The issue is the canister is made of really weak plastic, and the seams crack really easy. It cracks in the corners and around the inlet for the pump. Two of the canisters have, what appears to be, cuts in the bottom corners. So, most of the dispensers I installed worked great for the first 30 minutes. After a couple of uses, I get told there is soap all over the counter and floor.I am now using Gorilla Glue to fill in the cracks. For now it seems to be working.Again, I will not purchase any more.

Purchased for our church lobby as we prepared to resume services amidst COVID-19. This was exactly what we needed. Easy to install, sturdy & doesn’t take up a lot of space. We opted to use the stand instead of attaching the unit to the wall. The on/off switch on the side is a nice feature. Comes with a yellow adhesive “hand-sanitizing” sign that can be displayed near the unit.

The media could not be loaded. I bought this originally for Halloween to allow Trick or Treaters to self sanitize without the need to touch anything. All the candy seekers loved it.Now I have it mounted on a board on the wall by the door from the garage to the house. I found a small plastic piece that serves as a drip tray.Works perfectly. Highly recommend this!

Ya tengo dos semanas usándolo a diario pues lo puse en la cocina y lo uso tanto para lavarme las manos como para agregarlo al jabón de los trastes, no gotea, y es muy fácil de instalar, trae su cable para conectarlo a la corriente eléctrica que es lo que me súper encantó para no estar usando pilas. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.
