Did the install myself.
Absolute perfect replacement. If your new roller doesn't fit, you got the wrong one. The roller hub should slide right onto the shaft and roll freely. Dryer works without added noises now!

What I Needed
Left side is what I purchased, right side is my damaged roller. As you can see it’s flat on the bottom end so we needed a new roller. It kept making a clunking sound because it was flat on one end. Ordered this and it came in a few days, switched up the rollers ourselves and BAM no more clunking sound.
