Cheap rubbish, brilliantly bad design, exceptionally poor quality
1. The cable is only 1m long, so you need a USB extension if you want to use this with a desktop computer. Seriously, what rational business would build a PC accessory with a 1m cable?2. The cable splits at the end into USB for video and audio jack for the microphone. So if your computer's microphone input socket is more than 20cm from a USB socket, this won't work. So now you need an extension audio cable as well as an extension USB cable.3. The cable comes out of the back of the camera right beside the camera bracket and interferes with it, so the camera doesn't sit level, unless you somehow manage to tape the cable out of the way.4. They claim the camera has 360 degrees horizontal rotation. It doesn't. It's moulded to the bracket so it can't rotate horizontally. Not at all. It has zero degrees rotation.5. They claim it has 180 degrees vertical rotation. It doesn't. At most, it can swivel 90 degrees before it hits the bracket in each direction.6. They claim you can rotate the lens to focus. You can't. The lens doesn't rotate, it's a solid moulded unit.I admire these guys and their dedication to poor product design. Manufacturing something this awful doesn't happen by accident - you really have to try quite hard to make a device this difficult to use. They must get lots of training in how to minimise usability and maximise customer frustration. I think the manufacturers should win an award for single-minded devotion to poor quality. And as for their marketing guys who write their sales blurb - what a masterly feat of pure imagination! The very best of fantasy fiction. I want whatever happy pills they're on.On the plus side, the camera picture is fairly clear. Well, it's clear in the middle of the image, but there's a lot of distortion (bend) round the edges, like a fish-eye lens.

It went back
This is plug and play and it did for ten minutes then it didn't. That was about the most it worked for but in any case, the picture quality was not good. I looked so bleached out I was almost unrecognisable and there is no way to adjust it.Getting the seller to agree to a refund was tricky and it remains to be seen if that will happen.

Cheap and not cheerful
Bought this camera as it was advertised as 1080p. It only ever registered (on multiple PCs) as 720p not 1080 as advertised. When it turned up it had a separate audio lead...which isn't actually mentioned or shown in the description or pics. I thought this would be an optional connection. It took me a while to work out, its not. If you want a microphone you need to plug it in. I couldn't get the camera to work at the same time as the microphoneActual pic quality is over-saturated but not awful. This product is clearly worded to take advantage of the current situation. Probably worth a tenner but not much more.

Good product for the asking price
Contrary to whay I have seen written about this product I can only say it was delivered before quote. On opening the box it was well packaged. The USB Lead is about 1 meter long so with the usual PC to monitor setup there is no connection problem. Plug it in and windows installs it with no problem (Win7). I have used this camera with Zoom and Microsoft Team Meeting and the results are very good. I wasn't looking for stereo sound nor was I wanting to make blogs so as a product for what I needed it ticked all the boxes. What I cannot understand is that when I read some of the previous reviews, that were extremely negative, and my experience has been completely positive

Some good, some not so
I chose this product as it was plug-and-play with auto-focus. The cable has a line-in-jack for the microphone socket but no mention of it in the guide. The camera worked first time. Had lots of problems with the sound which hardly registered. Despite changing many settings, still not that successful - have to speak loudly! The idea of auto-focus is somewhat tarnished as changing the background (different coloured sheets and blankets) changes the camera tones. Red background made me ghostly. Blue background - washed out. Better left to whatever your background is providing it's far behind you, not immediately behind.

Cheap but far from cheerful.
Like almost everyone else, it seems, I am communicating with the outside world by means of platforms like Zoom, so it's not surprising that decent affordable webcams are rarer than hen's teeth. There are plenty of semi-pro or better models for £100 plus, but more casual users are currently having to rely on cheaply made Chinese ones. This looked better than most, and it does a basic job though picture quality is very undetailed, its fixed focus means my face is blurred while the wall behind me is reasonably clear, and the cable is too short to reach the rear sockets on my PC when the camera is fixed (rather precariously) to my monitor. As for sound, the microphone quality is dreadful: noisy and distorted at a low frequency. A stop-gap solution at best.

I wish I hadn't bothered.
Terrible value for money. camera needs to be at least one metre away for a decent picture - even then it makes you look red faced. Added to that it is constantly glitching and the clamp is always coming loose.
