Very easy set up and take down
I’ve had the 3 person tent for over 10 years. I use it for motorcycle camping and have been all over the United States in all kinds of weather including high winds, heavy long periods of rain and snow.It’s performed flawlessly with nary a drop of water getting inside.The only thing I’ve done is seam seal the fly inside and out and the floor edges when I first bought it.A very well made tent made in the U.S.A.!

Tent for vehicle camping
This is an excellent 4 season tent that will satisfy most people that desire a quick setup tent for camping. I own the 3-person ATuffy instant tent and believe that it is one of the best tents for winter camping. The setup of this tent can be done in about 4 minutes with practice that produces a free-standing tent that is strong and resilient. Its patented umbrella setup is amazing to watch (see ATuffy tents on youtube). This tent can be anchored to the ground by ropes if windy or other constrained conditions arise, and once you have used this tent you may not want to return to traditional tents of this size. Yes, it is expensive! But you get simplicity and rapid deployment that can be sacrosanct after an all-day tiring trip without rest. The tubes of the tent are made of aircraft-grade aluminum with shock cords on the insides and the fabric of the tent is made of quality material that will withstand most weather conditions.

Wow!
I bought this 3 person tent directly from Outdoor Sports Products because they had a special on that included the vestibule. Had it set up in less than 5 minutes after unpacking it. Should be faster the next time. It's the most amazing tent I have ever seen and appears to be extremely rugged. However, with all that being said I'm returning it and ordering the 4 person tent because of the height. I misread the description when I ordered it and it is 58 inches at center height, while being a generous seven by seven foot size. I am 5 foot and can only stand in the direct center. The 4 person tent is 84 inches. and 7 by 9 foot, which will give much more usable space. I am 72 years old and if I can set this up anybody can.
