Love! Runs great, compact but still a good sized screen. Would recommend for the traveler or van life

I use this consistently for work over zoom and though I love the pen, the whiteboard and how I can annotate pdfs, I am extremely disappointed at the normal functionality of the laptop.The pen stopped working within five months and my computer restarts with a blue screen up to ten times a day in the middle of zoom sessions. Not good for work!! It’s been very difficult figuring out how to get it service as there is no email or number that I can call or obvious entry to this. Though I did eventually figure it out and got a new pen, now I have to also do it for the whole computer. At this point, I’d like to return it but I can’t.

So far so go. Haven't had a chance to explore all the options it offers.

Love This! Ive wanted a Surface for a while, for convenience, ease or portability, and functional connectivity with my other devices (Note 9, for one). This was given to me as a gift and I couldn't be happier.

Everything is good however I’m struggling to keep it alive. The battery is not the best unfortunately.

Purchased this for my daughter who just started college. She loves it!! Very user friendly.
