Thunderdrums

Another CD to replace an old favorite album that is hard to find and that I purchased OVER 15 years agoWhat can I say really other than the fact that like many of the CDs I have been buying on Amazon lately are me replacing copies of albums I had bought years ago and only have on cassette tape. This is another one that I purchased in a gift shop in the Magic Kingdom (Walt Disney World) in the early 1990's, near the Pirates and Jungle Cruise ride. I thought these were the types of "albums" that I'd never be able to buy again or hear in a better quality than I ever listened to them before. This may not be one of my favorites of the ones I am replacing though I just love the "tribal/Instrumental feel" to this album and to be honest, I am considering rebuying "All One Tribe: Thunderdrums 2" by Mr. Fitzgerald soon too.

Got this as a replacement of the cassette tape that I've had for years and is starting to show signs of possible failure. I love everything I've heard by Scott Fitzgerald and this is one of the best.

Definitely new. It arrived in perfect timing and without any damages to it. I have loved this CD for pretty much my entire life; it's a family favorite, so we were pretty heart-broken when we lost our copy and didn't know how to find another. I'm very thankful that I found it here for a pretty good price. Thank you for helping my family get a piece of ourselves back. :)

I replaced a CD I bought in the 90s and missed. The music is fun background music for housework and cooking.

Really wish this was available in digital format.

This is an excellent CD. The cover art may be a little misleading. Its not really Native American. Native American influenced, maybe, but its completely original and uniquely Fitzgerald, and at the same time its something else. Something deeper. Almost primordial. This music is some of the most emotionally charged pseudo-ethnic drumming I think I've ever heard. I love it. Just listen to it and let it take you on a wild ride through the jungles of Africa or wherever else you picture yourself. Primal and beautiful. If you like the music of Mickey Hart, you'll love this.

This is the best drumming cd ever. I used to have it on tape and it took me several years to find it on cd. Simply the best.

Years ago this was a favorite album. Got misplaced in a move. Kismet highlighted it to me a few weeks ago. And glad to say, it is top of my list again!
