Cool IP camera
I got two of these cameras for my house (one black and and one white). They were identical with one key difference; one of the boxes did not have any installation manual which requires you to search the web for installation instruction. Here is the review I posted for the white model.Have you ever wondered if you closed the garage door? I put one of these in my garage and, on the road or in house, I can check to see if I left the garage door open. The system works great with IOS, it is a bit slower on my Android (but works fine). The setup procedure with microphone did not work at all. However, by connecting it with the ethernet cable the setup was easy. Don't get me wrong, you only use the ethernet for setup and, after that, it is totally wireless; working through your home wireless system. The installation manual did not contain sufficient information. You can download the app for a test drive (eyecloud at your app store). The lowest price/performance that I've seen for this type of camera. Oh yes, you can move the camera remotely but not smoothly.

Good Camera Great Price
This camera is well worth $35. You can view camera remotely. Change views remotely and take pictures of images remotely. If your internet connection is fast enough you get a crystal clear picture. Best feature is the night option. Worst feature is how is archives video on SD card.

Motion detection defciency
It is generally a good buy. I like that you don't have to use the cloud function to be able to access this camera and that it works with linux. The one flaw is that on motion detection, it only takes one picture so the thing that caused the motion isn't in the picture. My other ip cameras take 4 shots in succession so one will have the thing that caused the motion.

NOT ONVIF 2.0 Compliant
Although I like the hardware and the web interface was ok for what it is, its totally, completely useless to me, since I need to be able to access this via ONVIF through a Linux interface. It would be a good camera if that's not important for you. THIS CAMERA IS NOT ONVIF 2.0 COMPLIANT. They have seemed to only thrown the code in there, but have not tested it. Its probably months away from being ONVIF compliant, when looking at the state of the protocol. Also, forget all the instructions that come with it. Just browse to the camera address on your network, to port 81. The user name and password are written on the bottom of the camera. There you can access quite a bit about the camera.***Update: I like the camera so much, I am going to try to get it to work by reverse engineering the web interface. Its not going to be easy, but I'll get what I need out of the camera.

Not HD quality, but still good for monitoring inside your house.
Camera isn't quite HD quality, but still perfect for what I needed it for. I wanted the camera just to monitor my dogs while I am at work, and this did the job. It's cool that I can easily listen and talk to my dogs by using the recommended app. The attached pic is a screenshot of the actual video taken of my dogs. It's pretty clear and not bad for close range video. I also like that I can move the camera easily from my smart phone so that I can see other parts of the room. The night video has the same clarity and you can see very well when it's dark. In the description it says you need to set it up with an Ethernet cable, but it's not necessary. I also didn't need an SD card to use it, so that's just optional. It connects to the wireless easily. You will have to plug it in to an outlet to power it, but that isn't really a big deal. This camera would be perfect as a nanny cam or for something close range such as a small shop.I received this item at a discounted price in exchange for my honest and unbiased review.

Great camera, easy set-up (no need for ethernet cable), use of its own supported App [not MIPC].
I got this surveillance camera, thinking it was going to work with MIPC App, but it doesn't. It has it's own App (in the instructions/manual) and works as intended with that App. Very easy to set-up using the provided instructions; you don't even have to connect it with a ethernet cable during set-up. Once all set-up, you can move the camera around easily, listen in, etc. Use of SD card is optional. Overall this is a great camera, and I would keep it, only if I didn't already have other camera's with MIPC App (since I want to use just one App). But 5 stars goes to this if reviewing it for itself and it's own supported App. I purchased this item at a discount in exchange for an honest review.
