Poor quality, battery holder broken so didn’t work

Mute button didn't work but otherwise all OK
This not a genuine Sony remote but it looks exactly the same although it is made of a different plastic so it feels different. All of the buttons/functions are the same as the original but the "mute" button didn't work at all!

An exact replacement!
This is an exact repacement for the original, though not as sensitive to the touch (i.e. one needs to press each key firmly). However, we just put the batteries in annd after a minute or so it began communicating with the television as if it has always been doing that. We didn't need to set it up at all.

I was so pleased to be able to purchase this as my TV is quite old
