Ok, the taste is not the best however, I did not expect it to taste good. The formula is sublingual. You hold it under your tongue for 30 seconds and swallow. It does say you can add it to juice however; I prefer the maximum absorption possible. Now, as far as losing weight, the effect you are looking for is a significant decrease in your appetite. For that, I had an amazing result. I ate breakfast yesterday and actually forgot to eat the remainder of the day. It was well into the evening hours before I felt hunger. (going forward, I will not let myself forget to eat-- that will straight kill your metabolism)I have been prescribed phentermine 37.5 mg by my doctor and used it for 3 months. The suppression in appetite is better then that of the prescribed medication. The increased focus and energy is about the same. I made 10k in steps on my lunch hour easily.Please keep in mind, this will not address EMOTIONAL EATING ISSUES. When considering if your appetite is suppressed you have to ask yourself when you are eating are you really hungry or do you just want something. The second can not be dealt with by an appetite suppressant. Also I am already accustomed to a lower carb eating plan. The taste is not so great but everything that is actually good for you doesn't have the best taste. I do have more energy when I take it first thing in the morning. I take it subliminally by placing it under my tongue for 30 seconds, I find this way works best as opposed to putting it in my water. This was a great buy and I would definitely buy it again.

I just received it today but I love that the dropper has measurements. It makes it easy to know how much so you’re not guessing. Also the taste isn’t bad as I mixed it with my berry flavor electrolyte and it didn’t affect the taste. I’ll update review once I’ve taken this longer.***UPDATE 8/11/18 so far I have been using this a week. It has not suppress my appetite at all. Maybe because I’m working out and my appetite has increase but this is supposed to suppress appetite regardless and it doesn’t. I even have increased the dosage to 3xs per day and I’m still always hungry. This does not work for me. I’m still going to take it because it might be helping with fat reduction but as far as appetite suppressant, it doesn’t nothing for me.

I love this product as I took it in conjunction with apple cider vinegar pills. I will say when you take both, you get a maximum energy boost. The only precaution I give anyone who purchases this product is to be careful. The drops are to be placed under your tongue for 30 seconds and then swallow. There is an aftertaste which is horrible. Other than that, this is an excellent product to try in combination to lose weight and get an extra boost of energy

Too soon to give an accurate review. The product came on time. Customer service is great. Received a very nice E-Mail. The product to date is a nice tincture and easy to the taste. I’m using in conjunction with Apple Cider Vineger. Will update after using.

TASTES AWFUL! It does curb the appetite, but haven't taking it long enough to notice any weight loss. I have the bottle of water ready after the 30 seconds, you need to swallow quick and swig and swish....Whew!

I read the taste would be bad from the reviews and they were right! I've only used it several days but definitely takes appetite away.

The quality of this product is great. I love the fact the flavor is good I add drops to my coffee where the flavor is perfect for me.
