This vent is perfect 4 me, as my garage is 28' long...most vents are 20'. No seams...less likely penetration of water...went in easily after cutting roof. Screen is included. Nail holes are clearly marked on vent. If you are reasonably handy & research installation, its quite easy. Just be carefull on the roof...Hope plastic holds up to the freeze & thaw...

Not the best product....
Tends to buckle and warp when nailing it to the roof. Material is a bit flimsy. I would not buy this again. I would buy the type that comes in four foot sections.
