Great lock!!!
We love Alfred! We don’t have Alexa so I can’t speak to how well it integrates. However, the app is super easy to use and because it’s touch screen we don’t have to worry about our dogs tearing up the buttons when they jump on the door! The key override is a piece of mind for my husband!

Very easy to install. However app sucked and so did the Alexa add on. If your going to get a smart lock and what to use an app with it then I advice you to get a lock that works with IOS HomeKit (if you have iphone)

Had to drill extra hole in door.
I do not like that the bluetooth range seems like you have to be in same room. App is not good. Probably will return.My friend has one that speaks and this one does not.

Excellent touchscreen lock
Bought to replace cheap electronic lock. That didn't work, this one did. Easy enough to install. Programming worked. Effective, attractive, sleek and slick. Highly recommended.

Great product and the app is super convenient
Up graded to the Alfred touchscreen lock when our Schlage key pad lock died, so far we are very happy with all the features and the app is very handy, only option we didn’t like was the auto lock feature but it’s easy to turn off

Lasted Just Over a Year
At first this locked worked great and seemed high quality. A year and a few months later and the touch screen no longer functions at all. I have replaced the batteries and attempted to re-set the lock, but it seems to have completely died.

Works good but misleading description
The lock looks great and functions well. My disappointment is that the description is misleading as it says that it will connect to my amazon alexa, but it doesn't say that you need to purchase the WiFi hub for and that's an extra $60 to make that function work
