enough to hold me over
Ok, I am only writing this review because i am totally pumped that the new full length is almost hear (comes out in under a month!!) But yea, back to the EP. I got into rufio last summer (2002) and they instantly became one of my favorite bands! Rufio's entire cd, (perhaps, i suppose) is loaded with so many tasty tracks that it's insane that this band hasn't been put on mtv and played out. So being totally into rufio, i was really craving some new stuff by them, and as soon as the EP was availible i bought it. The first thing that i noticed about this album is that it didn't really sound that different from there previous full length, which is totally not a bad thing, but i was kinda craving something more inovative. But none the less, the new tracks are great, and totally enough to keep me busy 'till the full lenght (i guess it's called '1985') comes out in june! So ya, all rufio fans need this, and definetly get the new cd when it's out!

great work.......but not what I expected......
I couldnt wait for this cd to come out and i was very curious to see what they would put out next, but when i bought this cd i was quite disapointed because it was nothing like there old cd(perhaps i suppose). Dont get me wrong this is a great cd and still has there great instrument work, and i give them all the credit in the world for that, but its just not the same pop-punk style as all of there previous work, and dosent have half as much energy as there old songs like above me, in my eyes, and dip****. Well im sure alot of there very first origional fans like me are disapointed but all of the trendy middle school girls are eating it up.

Very good but want more
I really liked this EP. Why Wait and Dont Hate Me are very good songs. They have good guitar riffs and the intros are amazing as usual with Rufio. Set it Off is ok but not up to their normal excellence. These guys have real talent compared to some of the bands out there (new found glory). I just wish the full album was out now. Guess i will have to wait until June. Pick this up now if you like Rufio or any pop-punk

Was a sampler for 1985, pointless picking it up now
Don't get this, two of the songs are on 1985, so get that, and just download don't hate me. These songs are slightly more mainstream than the ones on perhaps i suppose but they still sound great.

new ep
after listening to this ep a fews times i just decided that its great work and great music, but it is just lacking something the last c-d had. i am still looking forward to the full length in june. to sum it up if u are a big lover of rufio u will enjoy it, if u are not a big lover and u just like them a little then i would suggest testing it out before buying.

Rufio's New EP
This is far beyond, the best of Rufio, It's a must have in your CD collection, They're full legnth CD is coming out until Spring, but you can catch them at the Vans 2003 Warped Tour (Selected Dates)They blend in in the Category of Emo-punk, but yet keep it loud, so if you're tierd of Poppy bands singing about how they got picked on in school, I suggest you buy this EP...

It rocks my socks..
I love this 3 song EP. This is somewhat of a tease and to make you anxious to buy their upcoming album "1985" . This album is somewhat like their last. It has great guitar licks and deeply emotional lyrics. I give this cd 5 stars. I cant wait till the new CD comes out!
