Fits my Samsung Galaxy Note 3, in a medium thick protective case. Great value for a good mount. Minor slipping issues.
These are great. Terrific value, easy to adjust. They do require retightening of the plastic tightening nut during use, to minimize slipping around/rotation of the mount.Overall, easily the best bang for the buck in phone mounts. I've tried many.Oh yes, fits my Samsung Galaxy Note 3, in a medium thick protective case. Just BARELY fits the Note 3 in a case, but YES, it does fit.

Exactly what is supposed to be
I'm using this mount on my fat bike and my plus bike, riding 30-50 trail miles a week and my iPhone 6s in a thick case has never come loose. Easy to reposition, easy to get my phone in and out and easy to switch between bikes.

the connectors occasionally need to be tightened,
the connectors occasionally need to be tightened , which is simple enough but it's akin to having your shoe laces come undone

Easy to install, stays put!
This mount works really well and stays in place. Very easy to install. I have it hooked to my lawn mower steering wheel so I can catch Pokemon and mow the grass... such a nerd!
