I Couldn't Ask for a Better Stand
I've been using the stand for almost a month and I couldn't be more satisfied! I originally was looking for a 2 monitor stand, but couldn't find what I was looking for. I"m a tall person with a long torso, and I couldn't find a 2 monitor stand with a center pole that was tall enough to allow an arm adjustment that is ergonomically high enough for me. I read all of the reviews and saw that another customer purchased this monitor stand and used it as a 2 monitor stand. Bingo!!!I am only using 1 pair of arms with my 2 monitor setup. It was very easy to setup, although I did have to ask my wife to assist me after I attached the first monitor while I was attaching the second monitor. I am using the large base that came with the stand rather than using the bolts that came with the unit. Everything is very heavy duty and of a high quality. My monitors are 24 inches and 25 inches respectively. Having two different screen resolutions and aspect ratios causes the scaling of Windows 10 to not always be perfect. I plan to upgrade to a pair of 27 inch monitors in about a year. The center post is almost 29 inches tall, and the arms can be vertically mounted at any point on that expanse. Each arm has 3 joints that can be adjusted for horizontal positioning as well as a joint for tilting the monitors. I am able to position these monitors exactly to my own preference. I believe that there will still be enough room to position a pair of 27 inch monitors to preference in the future as well. The tools that came with the stand are high quality as well. I feel that this stand kit is a great value for the purchase price. I would recommend this stand to anyone that is looking for high functional utility at an extremely reasonable price.

Cannot beat it for the price
It only took a few minutes to put this together and have it on my desk with a 24" and a 23" monitor attached. 8 vesa screws are included for attaching your monitors; all you need to supply is a phillips screwdriver. The provided instructions are very clear. I suppose purchasers who have never used a monitor stand before might be confused by the extra parts that are included for securing the stand to a desktop by drilling a hole in the desk for attachment, but honestly that would only be needed in extreme cases anyway. This stand is very secure with just the base; there is no chance of it tipping over as long as the monitors are facing the correct direction on the base. I didn't try it with the monitors facing backward but can imagine that would not be very stable and WOULD require the drill-through-the-desk bracing. With a 23" Samsung widescreen and a 24" Asus widescreen attached, there is about 5 inches of vertical play in where the monitors can be positioned. The bracket that holds each monitor is very secure, and the stand itself is well built and easily holds the weight. Physically as far as height is concerned this stand could easily handle monitors a good bit bigger than these two, and my impression of the stand and brackets is that they could handle a good bit more weight without a problem also.Adjusting the tilt of the screens is very easy, and a supplied long-handled hex driver allows tightening or loosening of the tension if needed (I didn't need to, the tension on it 'as supplied' was fine and allowed tilt adjustment with just a little force applied). The only downside is that the bracket could slide up and down on the pole a little easier, so you do have to work at it a little bit to get the two monitors adjusted 'just right' vertically. It is very easy to tighten or loosen the vertical adjustment by the large plastic handle, it just doesn't exactly slide smoothly even when quite loose. Since vertical adjustment is not something done very often (once?), that's not enough of an issue for me to knock off a star. You definitely want to get the bottom monitor adjusted, tilted, and tightened, and then position the top monitor. Without much trouble I was able to get the bottom monitor positioned, centered, with the bottom of it angled forward just a few degrees, and then get the top monitor aligned to fit snugly against the bottom monitor, with the bottom of it angled back just a few degrees. No light shows between the two monitors and the top one is not applying pressure on the bottom one (or blocking air vents); just perfect! What works best for me is to have the bottom screen below eye level, and have eye level be about 2 inches up from the bottom of the top screen. I don't even have to move my head (just eyes) to look anywhere on both screens.I tried out another vertical monitor stand that was similar to this one but slid vertically a little bit easier and had simpler thumbscrews for adjustment. It was marginally easier to adjust the monitors, but to me it just was not worth paying 3 times the price of this stand. My wife was impressed with this stand, and I just ordered another one for her and also a third one to use for dual 24" monitors at work. After years of having dual monitors side-by-side, I can't believe how much better this is on my neck and how much easier it is to glance from one screen to the other.

Works a treat
I've had side by side, up to 3 monitors in the past and found them not terribly ergonomic - the mouse also gets a lot of exercise going all the way from one side of the desk to the other. So when setting up a new home office I wanted to try just 2 monitors, and vertical mounts. A main 27" lower monitor, and an auxiliary smaller 22" above itThis product looked to fit the bill.Assembly was straight forward, the provided hex key (allen in some countries) is the only tool required. The bottom clamp can accomodate a wide range of desk thicknesses. I have a funny shaped desk, so needed to put in some wood spacers in order to tighten the clamps, but that would I think be the exception not the norm. Attaching the monitors requires them to have VESA mounts - either 75mm or 100mm spacing. Standard screws are supplied, so you just need to detach the monitor's own stand.Vertical adjustment is via levers, which can be pulled out and rotated if that interferes with something behind. Orientation of the monitors requires loosening the 2 joints via the supplied hex key.The brackets are sturdy - the monitors don't move once set up, and its easy to angle the lower one up a bit and the upper one down. How close the monitors get will be determined by their bezel thickness, and whether there are any buttons on the bottom/top you need access to. There is a wide range of adjustment - panning left/right tilting up/down, and sliding the clamps up and down the pole. Depth is NOT adjustable, which if you are trying to overlap monitors could be an issue, as you can't put one in front of the other.I'm using a Dell 27" main monitor as the bottom one which isn't a light weight, and a lightweight 23" one at the top. They have been rock solid since the install.Clearance from the front surface of the monitors back to the wall is about 8", with the clamps overhanging the desk by about 1" (so requiring the desk to be pulled out from the wall a little).I have the bottom monitor almost touching the desk, and there is no reason you couldn't rest it on the desk. The top monitor still has 5" that I could raise it before running out of pole - so there is ample travel even with 2 large monitors.I'm very happy with this purchase.Ergonomic-wise - I'm in front of this workstation up to 12hrs a day, and this setup has has been ideal.
