The photo shows a bag with several bands. However in reading the fine print it says Single bands) OR (Set of 4). I didn't get any bag or 4 bands. I had no idea when I ordered there was a choice so I thought I was gettig the full item as shown not just one band. Which is partly why I choose this product. I will have too see how it is not sure if I will use it much or not??

I’ve been really digging this resistance band. The grips on it feel like a neoprene style material and they are movable to put them in different positions for different workout, while somehow staying put very well while using. It’s like magic haha!I enjoy grabbing directly onto the band with my hands, but I’ve found the grips helpful in anything involving the band applying a lot of pressure on my skin and also when I have the band on my shoes where the rubber slips against the soles of my workout shoes. The grips get better traction and stay put better.

1 star off because image shows set of 4 and that wasn't even a purchase option. A picture is worth a thousand words, but still read the description carefully. You're only getting one. Also, notice that you need to purchase the door anchor separately.Besides that, the band seems really strong and good quality. I have never used bands before because I know someone who severely damaged their eye when one snapped. I do not foresee that being a problem with this type of band. Any wear will be clearly visible long before it snaps (if you could get it to snap anyway).I purchased the 40-120lb band and it's great for me since I don't currently have access to free weights.

Arrived quickly, just opened it, registered qr code for 1 year warranty, and did some biceps curls with the heavy. The title/label (single bands or...or set of 4, or anchor) for this product is confusing. The image suggests that the anchor is included with the full set. Although the description does parenthetically state it is sold separately, I don't get why it's not sold with the full set and bag. Bag material seems sturdy and the strings are thick and should last a while although they are just tied off (may unravel easily), but I measured them at 7mm thickness if you want to grab some double cord locks to secure them. The top corner junction stitching may need to be reinforced to make the bag last longer. Love the color, and the grips on the bands eliminates the need to buy gloves. Overall solid product and the value here is excellent.

Total scam! They list all the bands in the picture, but I only got one band with no instructions and no workouts. I scanned the barcode and it kicks you to a FB messenger page...where it basically says sorry we’re working on a workout plan and we’ll let you know. Even worse it looks like the message was written by a 3rd grader. Sending this back immediately!

Very high quality fitness band. I just tried it without checking out youtube videos for how to use it correctly but I plan to do that soon. But just from trying it based on my intuition alone, I liked how the resistance is smooth which allows me to do bicep curls in proper form. I chose this resistance range because I don't want big muscles. So far I like it.

I use these everyday and they have been perfect....I am going to order a few more just for Christmas gifts......They shipped on time and were great to work with....Better get them before they sell out....
