*update start* I thought it was just me for a long time, that I installed this incorrectly--because one side was longer than the other even though the lines to adjust the height were at the same mark. I believe it's the sewing and it's ripping a little, little by little. This is used for low flow over a mattress so I'm not concerned for safety with THIS PARTICULAR set up. The difference in height isn't so much to matter but it does bother me every time, taking away the enjoyment. I will continue to use it this way until I have move it from this current location. Just hoping this is a rare defect. *end update*I was so pleased with the aerial silk I got from them that I ordered this sling version too. I was looking for an ombre color scheme, and this is so mermaid-like pretty. Since my aerial silk was already set up, I can easily switch between the two if I don't want to hang both (which would be easy to do as well). The variations and uses for the sling are endless. Owning both the silk (which gives/has some stretch and much more fabric) and the sling with the handle options allows me to customize the type of use by mood/need: stretch, flow, calisthenics, aerial practice, low sling yoga, etc. This is an equipment you can never outgrow. Kids love it as well.

I'd like to start with my one negative point: the carabiners that come with it SUCK.They're awesome because they twist to lock them from opening, but they're so jagged and rough that they cut a hole into the fabric that's on it within days of using it.Thankfully, it hasn't cut completely through the entire loop yet. When I inevitably have to purchase a second one, I will be more diligent in paying attention to that.This swing would last a lot longer if it weren't for that one design flaw.The swing itself, I absolutely love. It has helped with not only spinal decompression, but with building my core strength in a fun way.

This Aum Yoga Trapeze is so cool!I just got a Fuel Pureformance half rack for pull ups and gymnastics rings, but I got this Aum Yoga Swing first to work with.I was a little skeptical about what the quality would be like, especially the handles... but the handles are very solid and comfortable.I've never used a yoga swing before, but its wonderful to use it to support your body weight in multiple moves as I build my strength and flexibility. It's also so comfortable to 'hang' in a sitting position as a reading hammock!

It works great for what we use it for and it is comfortable and sturdy recommend it over other swings

The material is sturdy and light. However it is very painful and hard for doing yoga on this one! It is okay if on my seat on it otherwise it is very hard on edges it cuts into skin... not pleasant at all

I haven't used it much yet, but I hooked it up to my porch swing chains like a hammock and I have the security of the bench swing underneath me so I can get in and out of it with the support of the bench. I got it so that I could do stretching for my back. It will take time to figure out if this is something I will make use of as time goes on. Very nice material and colors.
