As long as you nod forward when you nod off, these will work fine. they are awkward to hang on your ear backwards, which is required if your head tends to fall backward. The LED light works as well as any cheap single LED light. That make for one less item to rattle around in your console.

I bought them to stay awake at my desk. I sometimes nod off especially if I have not had enough sleep. If I got that would not try these . Second time I have purchased although not this brand. those did not work well. This brand did work when I discovered eyes down and not head worked okay. The problem: they fall off easily, the first day, fell a few times and it stopped working. Trying the second one to see if what I learned will make it last longer. This is a first review, I really want it to work.

My granddaughter rides horses and uses this to remind herself to not look down when approaching a jump.

Doesn't always beep when head tilts.

I found they fit hard on the ears and not easily adjustable for fit and alarm angle. Marginal for driving and not so great to use in office or meeting environment.

WORTHLESS...They buzz if you move a tiny bit
