TRUE IMAGE Toner Cartridge Compatible Replacement for Toner Cartridge

I have used their cartridges over time without any issues, recently however I ran into a technical issue with two cartridges and True Image customer service was amazing. They back their products 100%, are responsive and take immediate action to rectify the issue to make sure their customer is treated right. A true measure of a company is tested when a rare issue arrises, and how well they respond to it.

I bought 2 sets of these cartridges when they came on sale. First set lasted about a month before the yellow exploded all over my machine. I thought, maybe a fluke? So I but in the 2nd set and after maybe 40 pages of printing the magenta exploded. My Canon laser printer now has ink all over the inside, I can't claim warranty because I didn't use Canon cartridges, it's a HUGE loss to my small business. I warn anyone taking the time to read this, spend the money for Canon cartridges. I know they are crazy expensive but look where I'm at now. Forced to buy Canon and throw 2 sets of these in the garbage and hope that my machine isn't totally ruined. If I could I'd give these a -10 stars.

EDIT: I was contacted by Tony who was VERY persistent about working with me to fix my problem with my order. To be quite honest, I didn't think much of his letters of intent. Finally, I received a gift from him with a very sincere apology that we spent our hard earned money on a product that didn't work. We had since replaced our printer and purchased name brand toner with HP, so getting a replacement order wasn't in the cards for us. Tony made sure that our money was refunded, along with the gift he sent as well. I think customer service like this is a lost art. Business owners like us don't like to hear when our clients are unhappy, but it really does make a world of difference when people work together to rectify the situation. I would happily order from them again if they carried HP toner.I ordered these to try and save a few bucks however they only work so long. I have a pink streak that we can't seem to get rid of due to a toner cartridge issue. We don't care that our printer can't read the levels, however it is unprofessional to send clients invoices and estimates with colored toner all over them. We won't be purchasing them again. Keep in mind we are printing about 10 pages a day, so it is not enough to cause issues when you should be able to get a few thousand pages in each cartridge.

Was on search for replacement ink after printer gave notification that one of the colors was low. To my surprise just one color cartridge was over $100! I read reviews for this product and gave it a try. My printer now tells me my warranty is now null and void, which it already is due to how long I’ve owned it so I’m not concerned about that. The color is just as good as the brand color that came with the printer and for 1/4 the price. It’s been over a year using this ink as I always like to give honest reviews after ample time of using a product so I can say for certain that I have had a very good experience with this ink. Why spend the same money for one color when you can get all colors for same price?

UPDATE!!I reached out to the manufacturer regarding the yellow explosion. They were very kind and prompt on trying to resolve this issue for me. They sent me additional toners to try and see if that resolved the issue. The yellow still wasn't working so they offered a full refund! I am very pleased with their customer service and thankful that we at least were able to get a refund.We've been ordering these toners for a while now for our printer at our office. Recently, the color toners have been leaking out everywhere. There are yellow streaks all over everything we print. I pulled out the yellow toner cartridge and a pile of yellow toner was sitting inside the printer. I have no idea how to get ahold of the manufacturer but I'm very frustrated. We are a busy office and are constantly using the printer for our customers. Just be aware, some batches have worked well, and some of these cartridges are terrible!

Not the greatest but they did not cost $800.00 like the Canon branded toners. Image quality is so-so and they tend to "Puke" toner onto the paper. Will look for a different brand next time. Cannot recommend these.

At first I gave these cartridges a one star review, my complaint is below. The seller saw my review, contacted me and offered to remedy the problem with replacement or refund. They said the problem was a bad chip affecting compatibility.They quickly shipped new cartridges at no cost to me. I installed and error messages are gone. No issues printing docs.=================You may regret buying these cartridgesSo very disappointed!. Despite them being advertised as compatible, they are not. When I opened the box, there is a document that states you may have some issues with compatibility since they are not OEM but to just bypass any error messages.I installed in my Canon MF741 and every time I send a print job there are numerous error messages and they prevent the print job. I have to get up, go to the printer and struggle with clearing messages and resending the print job. Often I have to reboot the printer to get the doc to print.

This product was represented to be a valid generic ink product for my Canon printer but does not work at all even after following their guidelines to override Canon's process. The company is refusing to allow me to return their ink and is saying it's probably Amazon's fault for having left the box of ink for an extended period of time in their warehouse before shipping it to me. This is just an excuse to pass of fault. I do not recommend using this product. But I also highly recommend you don't buy a Canon printer unless you intend on paying their outrageously high rate of almost $200 per ink cartridge. I'll be trashing this ink AND my printer after my recent fiasco.
