macOS Continuity WiFi Upgrade 1.3Gbps AC BCM94360HMB Faster Than The Wired NIC AW-CB160H 1300Mbps 802.11ac Bluetooth 4.0 2.4Ghz 5Ghz Network Card Half Mini pcie Airdrop Handoff Card

I tried this in a Dell Inspiron 660 Hackintosh Monterey without success. Tried various kexts, tried no kexts, the results were the same every time. It would stop during boot about 1/4th the way in. I'm not going to say this controller is bad, it just did not work for my application, could still just be a drivers issue or a setting in OpenCore. Not going to give a bad review based on my specific application, because this does work fine in Windows and Linux for me, have yet to try it in a different machine, could just be my specific hardware. Going with a 3 star for this also because I see results from others is hit or miss. I ended up going with a different type for the Hackintosh I'm building, but I'll keep this one on the shelf and play around with it, see if maybe I can get it working for me. If I do, I will most certainly update my review and change the current 3 star rating.

The wifi works great. Good speed, good range. Worth noting - pretty much all mini PCIe wifi cards use IPEX connectors which are slightly larger than MHF4 connector more commonly used by M.2 wifi cards. This card strangely uses MHF4 Connectors. So, you're probably going to need to buy some adapters.That being said, I bought this card because it was supposed to work out of the box with macOS. it does not. You will need to use AirportBrcmFixup.kextAlso worth noting, this card absolutely does NOT have Bluetooth. My laptop (a Lenovo Thinkpad W530) has its own Bluetooth card. But it does not support handoff/continuity/instant hotspot. Just something to be aware of.

Looks exactly as depicted.However,.upon installation, the wifi wire connector on board was too flimsy to hold my cable. I had to return. Won't even stay in ace to close my laptop.

This is the solution I was able to find to get the Bluetooth working on this card.I put tape on that pin, and with an exact-o knife carefully cut it to size, only on the front, not the other side and my Bluetooth started working again.Try it out, it might work for you.Thank you

Tried over and over the kexts do not work in OS12 found out this is a common issue for this card. Be warned.

Worked fine. Ended up not needing it due to antenna connection which wasn’t compatible with my old laptop.

Installed easy as it should, fit the port perfectly and was recognized by my Catalina hackintosh perfectly, have Bluetooth, WiFi - handoff and all of the above working great.

WiFi works great. But this card doesn't have Bluetooth.
