Q: does this have a setting to run continously

You can set it at a temperature and it will keep the area you are heating at that temperature. We keep ours at 72 degrees and it is very comfortable. When it reaches 72 degrees it shuts it self off and comes on again when it goes below 72.

The ppl answering this are wrong! My room is MUCH bigger than those measurements and it does just fine! Granted, my room is partly underground, but as long as you have good insulation then this will work. Tbh it's all about insulation. If you have windows open 24/7 then no; it would struggle to work at all in any room. Please consider how difficult it is to heat your space OVER how large it is.
