Neocutis Journée Revitalizing Day Cream SPF 30 UVA/UVB Sun Protection - 50mL

I've used this product for a couple years and have seen good results. It's thick enough to moisturize and thin enough to not get too clumpy if I don't overuse. The initial bottle I purchased from a dermatologist office seemed fresher and easier to dispense than the last couple of orders on Amazon have been. I had issues with the pump and called the customer service number and was advised to shake the bottle and bang it against my palm a bit to break up air pockets. That seemed to work, though it is a pain to have to do that all the time. I've also seen an increase in the pilling of the product if I use too much at times. For the cost it would be nice to have a product that was fool proof and didn't need much effort to apply. The main reason I stick with this product is that is does not make me breakout and that is an issue for me with most products.

I like that you have sunscreen and a tint of color combined easy to use!

I started using this cream after I received a sample from a dermatologist. I have rosacea and seboreahic dermatitis, depending on the weather. This sunscreen didn't irritate my skin like other creams I have tried. In the past year the price has increased tremendously for which I am extremely unhappy. However my biggest complaint is the delivery system. I have had to return this item more than once to amazon because the pump was defective in some way. The problem is always with the head of the pump where the cream comes out. It arrives cracked, etc. The makers of this cream need to fix this problem, especially since the price has become so ridiculous. I only buy it from Amazon now even if I can find it cheaper elsewhere because of their good return policy. If the product arrives damaged, I can return it and get my money refunded. While I love the product for how it is on my sensitive face, I hate the increased price and the shoddy delivery system. For these reasons I have given it only 3 stars.

Great product

Have used this for years. A little goes a long way. Elegant formula goes on smoothly, helps to conceal minor imperfections while improving the texture of my skin. SPF is a big plus. Can use alone for those rushed occasions when I need to be out the door in a hurry. Add a touch of blush for a smooth even finish. Highly recommend this product.

I absolutely love this product, but I refuse to give it 5 stars because of the price hike. I used to pay about $80 when I first started using it and don’t know why they more than doubled the price. I’ve been using it for several years now. It does improve the texture and tone of my skin. It’s light without leaving an oily feeling. It reduces the appearance of fine lines and takes a bit of definition out of the deeper lines. It’s not a miracle product that will make you look 10 years younger, but much better than anything I’ve used.

I love this cream. It's creamy, not cakey and gives good coverage w/out that sticky SPF texture. I believe it's authentic. It was sealed and had expiration date on the bottom of the box. Plus it's way too much hassle and expensive to recreate that painful packaging (who'd want to spend that much $$$ to do that?!). I wish the packaging was more simple. I would have bought it if it was just in the tube. That brings me to the major reason I returned it for...the fancy pump did not work. It worked one time and after it completely stopped. I tried and I tried. Thank goodness Amazon took it back - that's an expensive cream (!). I personally believe that tiny pump gets clogged by the SPF cream texture because all the other creams I bought from this line work just fine (for now). I really want to reorder but not sure if the second one will work since I saw another person doing the same and it didn't work for her.
