Fast Shipping, Great Fit, Good Value and Excellent Battery Life
Received this battery the very next day. The package included all the tools I would need to replace the battery in my Lenovo Legion Y7000P-1060 Laptop. Perfect fit and easy install. As a bonus, I had no idea the original OEM battery was swollen inside the laptop and clearly on its way to potentially burning my house down, so I'm really thankful this replacement came as quickly as it did. As far as battery life, we're getting 3+ hours on a full charge with the energy saving features all turned on in Windows 11 when on battery power. It came with about a 70% charge out of the box. Great value for the money!

I should have bought this year's ago!
This battery fits my P72 perfectly. I am pleasantly surprised by the many hours of runtime between charges that it gives, and that when its charge runs low, the P72 can still draw enough from it to hibernate reliably. Now it is as if I have a new computer! Installation was a very precise fit. At first I was unsure if either the connector or the module's holes for the P72's guide pins on each end would all align. A P1 Phillips bit is better for the P72's M2L8 screws than the tools helpfully supplied with the battery. The instructions cover a lot of contingencies related to the state of charge when received, but I experienced none of those issues. Lenovo's battery diagnostics now report 100% of original battery capacity.

L17M3PG1 is not compatible with L17M3PG2
Edit: L17M3PG2 was removed from description. Batter was perfect in every other way, so updating my rating.Old review:Despite both L17M3PG1 and L17M3PG2 being in the product description, the battery is labeled L17M3PG1 and has a shorter cable than the L17M3PG2. The shorter cable will not fit Lenovo machines that use the L17M3PG2.

It fit mine
This fit my Lenovo Legion Y545 perfectly. The old battery was a L17M3PG2. The connection lead on the new battery was plenty long enough to reach with some to spare. The small and convenient tool kit that came with the order was not as pictured. It lacked the plastic case splitter tool and did not include the needed Phillips screw driver. It did have 2 small torx drivers and 1 small flat blade driver which were not needed on this computer. Luckily I had my own tools. 4 star vs 5 star because of the incomplete tool kit.

It worked
And I'm surprised.

Worked perfectly with my Lenovo Legion Y740-IRH
My original battery expanded - it was so bad that it caused my case and keyboard to start bulging. This battery works great in my 2019 Lenovo Legion Y740-IRH.

Cable too short by about 8mm, not compatible with LEGION Y540-17RH laptop.
I purchased this because my laptop battery would not hold a charge longer than a minute. The battery looks well built, but after taking 30 minutes to tear down my laptop and place the battery in, I plugged it in and noticed the screw holes would not line up. Pulling the battery into the proper position meant it pulled the connector out of the socket. I thought it was simply too stiff, but no, it would not stay in the slot. As I travel for work, the return date had passed by 2 days. I tried trimming the tape on the cable, pulling the cable as far as it would go. I thought I gained about 2mm but that still was not enough. They should have built it with an extra 10mm of cable... there was plenty of room for the excess cable if any to fit. But as it is, I cannot close the back of the laptop unless the battery sits on the screw pads... and putting the battery into place... it is IMPOSSIBLE to plug it into the connector. So basically I bought a $50 battery that now gets thrown into the trash. Do not buy this brand of battery if you have a LEGION Y540-17RH laptop.
