Original review: So much easier and quicker than ironing. Makes clothing look so crisp and fresh with very little time or effort. I’ll definitely be taking this on vacation with me from now on.UPDATE: This steamer worked great for about two months, but is now leaking from the base where the power cord comes out. Hoping the company can fix this so I can change my review back to five stars!

One of the faster steaming units I've owned and this unit does not spit water like other units
The unit is heavier than most but that's a good thing because they actually means it's built with semi good quality. The main thing with the steamers is that I'm a guy and I need to plug it in and get to work pronto so I can get out the door in the mornings and this steamer compared to my last steamer heats up in half the time without spitting The water out of the steamer like the cheap units always tend to do. This actually has more of a cloud or blanket the steam the way it was meant the function and works really well with that compared to cheap units. The design of the unit is also very nice. It makes a great addition to a guy shelf to where it doesn't make it look too feminine of a product.

Careful
Works fine. Just be careful on putting on high. It starts to spit hot water.

Melted inner after a month.
It started happened after 2 months normally using it and I emailed them for the 1-year warranty since it’s out of the return and exchanged time. I’m not sure how it could release this kind of messy inside when I only use with water. They finally give me another one.

Good steamer
I chose this brand because OT offers a four year extended warranty through Assurion. Other popular name brands don’t offer this. I like that it backs its product. It works well. Also I did purchase the ConAir door hanger and this steamer fits on the top for storage.

The build quality.....
I guess u get what u pay 4 but that depends on what alot is to u....i payed way to much money.This steamer (if you want to call it that) doesn't do well under its own external heating. The plastic on top completely warped so badly that I couldn't fit it on properly and it all happened in less than a month.Don't buy this if u value your safety or your money.

Good unit
Nice unit just wish the steam would come out stronger. It just wafts out. No control to the pressure behind it. That being said this lil guy heats up quick! You will need a few passes to get the wrinkles out but it does get the job done without too much hassle.

Not Good!
My old steamer quite working so I both this, never did steam right, almost boiled over even with little water in it, and not long after owning it, it starting leaking from somewhere never could figure it out, very disappointing so now I am on my third steamer.
