This camera is not good quality, I should have bought a better one. You get what you pay for.

Received April 20 but no microphone apparent. I contacted the seller and got this bizarre reply!Clearly will be seeking my money back but Amazon won't consider this until the day when it was predicted to arrive in two weeks time......Distopian!'We’re so sorry to inform you that our product doesn’t equip with the microphone for so huge demand these days that our factory ran out of material in a short time. This product is not very good. When I ordered it I was mislead. I thought I was buying a £30+ one at a discounted price. The camera is so fuzzy I cannot use it. It seems low spec and it came with no doc or installation guide. There are no markings on it. It was in a small cardboard box with no label. I have no idea what I have received

The item arrived a full two weeks early (which was a pleasant surprise). Unfortunately, that's where my enthusiasm stops.Despite being marketed as 1080p, the resolution is actually only 640x480. The correct resolution is stated on the box and documentation. At one point, the manual actually says, "If you are looking for a 720p or 1080p camera, please choose others."

This is NOT a 1080p Camera it supports a maximum of 480p have included settings, picture quality is terrible. Arrived 2 weeks early so can not get refund or contact seller till that date, probably hoping people forget to complain again in the 2 weeks DO NOT buy this camera or use this seller.

I have provided a zero rating as webcam did not work and vendor is avoiding enabling a return and refund. Avoid this product and seller.

Turned up and plugged it in. would only go to 640 resolution and image was blurred. Returning for refund
