Shark Attack!
If you need a utility knife this may be the answer. It's a utility knife, the blades are very easy to replace (with just the push of a button) and it comes with 5 extra blades in a neat storage compartment that opens easily without having to unscrew anything. But that's not all ... it also cuts, strips, and crimps common wire gauges from 18 to 10 AWG. It has the hefty feel of a well made tool due to it's mostly metal construction. Oh yea ...did I mention it looks like a shark? No, you won't need a bigger boat to land this "Cool Tool" ... get one, you won't be disappointed.

Rapid Tools RT00035 Shark Utility Knife with Wire Cutter
This tool has a awkward feel to it when using it as a wire cutter. The utility knife feature is nice. It allows you to cut the insulation jacket off; but stripping wire requires several attempts and it doesn't make a clean cut of the insulation. My opinion...bring a utility knife and your favorite wire cutter to your job site.

very good box knife
This is a really good box knife, the blades stay sharp for a long time. The only thing that is a bit annyoing is the wire stripper handle always wants to open when using the box knife and you are constantly closing the handle. other than that I would recommend it.

Almost perfect
An amazing too if you're an electrical guy. Good quality...I would have changed the latch that holds in the wire stripper from plastic to metal, but so far it hasn't broke. Other than that it's perfect.

kinda cheap
the shark is a good idea... but in about a week of owning it and using it very little, the button broke to release the blade. then soon after the piece that holds the wire stripper shut broke off. wouldnt recommend it.

inadequate crimper
The crimping portion of the Shark RT00035 is undersized and positioned at the tip of the jaws where leverage is poorest. While it might be adequate to crimp wire beans on Cat3 stuff, crimping a terminal on 10 Ga wire would require a Herculean effort. It's beyond my capabilities & I've got strong hands.

not very sturdy
This knife is very bulky to use, but I could live with that. The wire trimmers work well, however, after only a few uses of the knife, the blade came loose. Now the knife will not hold a blade securely. I can pull it out with my fingers. Better off with a cheaper, old fashioned utility knife.
