Great for the Gym. Bought it due to breaking wooden floor from dropping my dumbbells lol. Thick enough to protect flooring. I'm dropping 40kg dumbbells and no sign of damage on either mat or floor. They fit together very well no issues in production. Only concern not very durable whem it comes to sticking together. It fits right however certain peices after bending and abuse won't stick as efficient . Be careful this thing does slide around .
