I already bought a sacroiliac belt for my bad back but wasn't satisfied. It did not cover the area well and the stickability went within a month of use.My daughter had one of these which I ordered. A far better belt. Gives support where needed and comfortably. The velcro wrap around fastenings seem more up to the job too.

Definitely helps my back, blocks most of the lower back pain from 2 slipped discs, I wear the belt daily.However after 3 months the elastic has torn away from the velcro and is still usable.The correct way to wear the belt, which will according to seller prolong the life of the belt is to lightly wear first band and use the black and white bands to add the tension.Changed my review from 2 to 5 stars as seller has fully refunded me. Suggested a better way to wear the belt and supplied me with a new one.Definitely helps support my back doing my handyman job and i will buy from this seller again.

I have found product keeps slipping. It is ok but could do with being wider

The belt is really good I have had it on 2 days and feel brilliant I can walk better and stand for longer I wear the belt when I go to bed and I get a great nights sleep and when I wake up in the morning I don’t feel any pain when get out of bed the belt makes it easier to do my exercises to help get rid of my sciatica the belt can’t cure the sciatica but it can take away the pain and help you with your posture also I take some naproxen to help also the belt dose what it says on the product best investment I have ever made hope this review helps other people with there back problems or there sciatica.Paul

Gives good support and Velcro grips really well. I can stand for longer and walk further before pain starts.Well worth a try for price, it’s only problem is front Velcro fixing folds and you have to re adjust.
