Very easy to setup better than a more expensive one I brought earlier(which I am not using)easy to reset and get online.plug in to back of camera could be more solid, I pushed the receptacle in and it broke, did not have insurance so I ordered another one because of the sensible price. Suggest circuit board where plug in’s go could be more solidly attached to prevent tetachment

I was chatting with my daughter by cell when I noticed the camera was in a different place than positioned.There was no movement to my knowledge. My daughter did not move the camera as she is the only one who has it downloaded to her phone. I looked it up and google claims that is a sign it was hacked. I am more careful when I have it on now in case I was hacked.

Kept skipping 45 min., 2 hours here and there. Then just kept one image of daylight even for the night time hours.Tried to use the email provided (re checked that 3x) and it comes back as invalid.The support here won't accept my number yo call no matter how I enter it.Instruction writhing is hard to understand what they mean. it turns out you need an SD card.. yet they dont say what type. the option to store is presented by buying storage that loads to a cloud somewhere with a name iv never heard of and is written in bad english ..which makes me doubt if it exists or what will actually work here.. kind of worrying if you got this for safety.

I really do like my product. The set up was seamless and clarity is awesome. Amazing what you can get accomplished with an app! Thanks again!

It's a nice camera. It came nicely packaged. I just do not have use for it right now like I thought. I will be purchasing it again in the future. Good quality for the price.

App has no way to review footage at a higher speed. Please address.

Everything works well & fairly easy to set up. I run only off cell phone & wifi. No laptop used. I did not use motion detection.
