you learn to allow things that you may not have forgiven in the past and work around the little stuff like having to make claw r
We were looking for a material to replace our dining room window drapes because one of our recently adopted kittens turned out to be a fabric-wrecking climber and made short work of our original window covering. We decided to create our new drape from this natural 10 Oz canvas to see if it would be durable enough to stand up to kitty claws. The canvas material has held up under the daily antics of hyper-cat. We are now planning to use this material elsewhere in the house.I don't know how long this canvas will stand up to direct sun and indirect daylight, it's too soon to tell. Absolutely do not wash it before doing your measuring and marking for cutting because it will tend to distort the fabric a bit out of square and make the process a real pain. Washing after might work o.k. but I don't know yet. We apply vacuum cleaning to remove dust and cat fuzz.(Having cats for pets is a world of loving compromise, you learn to allow things that you may not have forgiven in the past and work around the little stuff like having to make claw resistant drapes.)This canvas is a wonderful product and a great value. I recommend it highly.

Awesome fabric
This fabric is beautiful and easy to work with.Color is the same on both sides so there is no "wrong side." It is crisp and easy to work with. A great value for the price.

Works great
I’ve started painting (oil) and I built my own canvas. It’s about 4’x6’. I saved so much money building it myself and cutting/stretching my own canvas. I had no issues stretching/manipulating or stapling the canvas. All 4 corners folded/stapled well behind the canvas, and look great.I’m a new painter but I’m happy with how my paint applies to the canvas. The entire canvas together definitely has some weight to it. But considering how sturdy/thick it is, and the size of the original canvas sheet, I’d say it’s lightweight.

Exactly what I wanted.
I bought the fabric to cover large pieces of foam as beds for my Boxers. The fabric is good quality, strong but not stiff and the color is what was shown. Since dogs can see blue or yellow and I have senior Boxers with diminished sight, the strong bright yellow is perfect. I also liked the fact that it was made in the USA. There are still good textile mills in this country and this was a good example of a good product at a very reasonable price. It arrived well packaged in plastic, clean, and neatly folded. I would buy it again.

Color was off
Fabric quality was as expected but the color was not. I expected a deep wine and this is more of a rust. A lot warmer than expected.

The color was a bit brighter than I would have liked, but it will work OK
Strong well constructed canvas. I was looking for an olive drab to reupholster seats in my husband's M715 Jeep Kaiser. The color was a bit brighter than I would have liked, but it will work OK. I used a bonded nylon thread for sewing this together by hand and by the sewing machine. I had no issues with the thickness of it either way (although my fingers are quite sore from doing some portions by hand).

It is What It Claims to Be
A perfect weight cotton duck. I used the fabric to cover porch cushions. I used an all purpose needle with a Brother sewing machine and had an easy time of it. As for the color white, it is white enough. Looks great with patterned gray and white decorative pillow covers. I put the fabric through a washer and dryer cycle before cutting and it is wrinkle free. I would buy it again if a need arose.

Color way lighter than expected
Fabric quality is good. It's clean and sturdy, but doesn't feel quite thick enough for 10 oz canvas. Good value for the price.Color renderings are really terrible though! I ordered Burnt Scarlet and was expecting to get a midtone red-orange. The batch I received was so bright and peachy that it almost looks salmon pink in direct sunlight. Definitely not the vibe I was going for. The color is evenly saturated, but it's not in the ballpark of the right shade. I'd bump this up to 4 stars and buy some for other projects if I only had a better idea of what the *actual* available colors are.
