The ad copy says “not for Prime” but commenters claimed it fit their Prius Primes, so I took the chance and ordered it for my 2020 Prius Prime.It fits and works fine!I will update my rating after some months of experience with it

I bought a used Prius 2022 and it came without the trunk cover. I ordered this and it fit perfectly. Snaps right into place - you don't need instructions. Its like a roller shade sideways. Works fine.

I recently purchased a used 2021 Prius that came without this retractable cover that my 2011 Prius had. It both shields items in the hatchback from sun ( such as groceries) and also provides privacy for luggage when traveling. It easily slips into the brackets behind the rear seats and into the slots by the hatchback door to hold it in place. Quality appears high for the reasonable price.

Bought a used Prius that didn't have the trunk cover. Getting it from Toyota was eyepoppingly expensive. My friend found this one on Amazon and sent me a link. For about $75 this did the trick. Arrived quickly, snapped into place easily, works great. So far very durable and has not cracked or faded in the blisteringly hot Texas sun.

i bought this hoping that it would fit my 2018 Prius Prime Plug-In Hybrid.And it did!As the pictures show, the hook assembly behind the back seat on each side needs to be removed but it's easily done with a small screwdriver. You can see the little "tab" in the picture that allows the plug to pop off.The cargo cover fits in nicely and attaches easily. And the mechanism and overall functionality of the retractor is excellent.The ONLY issue on the cargo cover I received is the location of the ABS handle - it's off-center and skewed a bit. I've contacted the seller about possibly getting it replaced but have yet to hear back.It's a cosmetic flaw that is a bit irksome but it does not affect the overall functionality of the cover.And the price difference from the genuine Toyota cargo cover is astonishing. I've seen this cargo cover listed for $300-400 from Toyota - unreal.

There are some bad reviews that had me unsure of what to expect but the product arrived securely packaged, and in new condition. The quality was better than I expected from the photos and price, the hardware is heavy duty and the cover feels like a durable, tear resistant type material. On my Prius model the openings where the cross bar fits into are obstructed by plastic hooks, but these were easily popped out by inserting my house key into the tiny opening at the bottom and wiggling while pressing upwards to unlock them. Then the ends of the crossbar fit perfectly in the openings with very little effort. I’m not very strong and I was able to pop the cover in in a few seconds. Very relieved it fits and glad I took the plunge and ignored the bad reviews. If you have a 2017 Prius or similar model I would definitely recommend.

The parts on the sides that slide into the side brackets don’t fit. Those brackets are a different shape for 2023.Works fine, but 1 star for inaccurate description.
