I received the water dispenser and used it for a few days. It was very satisfactory, convenient and easy to use. This kind of concealed bucket type is very noble at home. The design of the hot water switch is safe to prevent children from playing around, which is very intimate. This water dispenser is very worth buying, recommend one.

Pretty good water dispenser, easy to load, water comes out nice and cold and hot. Good packaging too.

Love not having to lift the bottles, it is very quiet, and quick to heat the water. Very pleased with this product

Arrived with parts missing - no LED lights and holes where they should have been. Manual in unprofessional broken English.LOUD compressor and water draw - it's across the house and still annoying.When water depletes, beeps loudly and continuously until unplugged or water is replaced - my first experience with this was in the middle of the night, it is so loud it woke everyone up.Good rate of water flow.Update: the hot water dispenser fails to dispense any water at all.All around, this is a ~$50 water cooler in a nice looking shell that has absolutely no business selling for a $200+ pricetag. If you're looking for a nicer water cooler, this isn't it.

Worked great, for less than 2 months. The all of the sudden, it stopped pumping water. I have spend hours texting and calling amazon to replace item as it is past the normal 30 day return window, but the product carries a 90 day replacement warranty.Eventually i was told they would replace it, then i got the wrong directions on how to process the replacement. They gave me directions as if it was within the 30 day window.Now with no way to process i start over with calling and texting amazon. What a nightmare. I have better things i would like to be spending my time on.Cool product if it stays working. Buy at your own risk.

Easy to set up. Hot water/cold water - perfect temperature

Pros: Nice looking, easy to use, bottom easy loading..Cons: No setting to adjust temperature, cold water not cold enough.
