2019 Google Pixel 4 XL, 64GB, Just Black (Renewed)

I'm really happy with this purchase! The phone is in excellent condition, the battery lasts as expected. Everything works as should, there are no issues at all. Unlocked so works with my sim card. Wonderful price for such a good phone, it arrived a little early as well and delivery was safe, left with my neighbor, not just dropped over the fence. Came with all the accessories that I expected. There is no fingerprint reader so couldn't really score it, it works on face recognition which is a shame but it's not the sellers fault. Really happy how this turned out! Thank you!

Phone developed a faulty battery and Face ID within 7 months of being owned.Clearly states on the product listing that it’s covered by Amazon Renewed Guarantee ‘Eligible for replacement or refund within 1-year of receipt if it does not look like new or work as expected.’Absolutely awful customer service by Amazon with numerous phone calls back and forth with agents falsely promising a refund. Furthermore, awful customer service by the third party retailer who promised a refund due to the hardware faults but due to the phone screen having a small scratch they’re unable to replace the phone.As mentioned in the title, avoid.Spend a little bit more and buy somewhere trustworthy.

Arrived quicker than expected. The phone was in perfect condition with a plug, usb charger lead and sim pin remover. Not in original box, but phone was padded in bubble wrap. No instructions but the phone tells you every step needed to set it up. Liking the face recognition for unlocking, it recoginses me with or without my glasses. Im not very technical so dont use all of the features, just texts, calls and facebook etc so cannot comment on gaming or anything like that. I have played some music via youtube and that sounds great too. There has been a couple of times its taken me out of what I was doing but not sure if that was me or the phone!

The phone is nice but the charger is poor and not a quick charge

Absolutely mint condition refurbished pixel 4 XL. Was a little cautious as I thought that just over £200 was too cheap for what was originally a premium phone from just 2 1/2 yrs ago. Arrived well packaged with a brand new USB-C cable and (admittedly low powered) brick. Other than that, it's in perfect condition and the battery life seems as-new so far. Honestly can't fault it and would recommend to anybody to go with Amazon refurbished if this is the standard of their phones.

Excellent implimentation of Android, ideal for gmail and whatsapp.

I bought this phone to take out of the UK and by the time I started to use it I realised the battery is absolutely useless. The phone doesn't last for a minute before it shuts down. I have to attach it to a powerbank to be able to use it at all. Because I'm not currently in the UK I wasn't able to challenge this purchase and so I'm stuck with an expensive almost useless mobile handset. On researching the problem to try to fix it, I found that it seems to be a common one with this model and also that getting it addressed is a mission. I have absolute regret over this purchase. Beware this handset... or maybe it was this specific purchase?

Been enjoying this phone for a couple of months. Nice intuitive display. Takes a bit of getting used to, but a good feel, and nice haptic gestures. Excellent condition.
